澳门春节期间酒店平均入住率48.3% 平均房价按年跌42.1%
澳门旅游局公布内地七天(2021年2月11至17日)的春节黄金周假期结束;因应原地度岁效应,据初步统计资料,春节黄金周访澳总旅客有90,615人次,酒店平均入住率为48.3%。
据业界提供的资料显示,春节黄金周酒店场所(酒店及公寓)的平均入住率为48.3%,较去年同期下跌4.6个百分点。业界资料显示,五星级酒店的平均入住率是50.6%,降4.7个百分点;四星级酒店的平均入住率是49.8%,升1.5个百分点。
澳门酒店场所(酒店及公寓)在春节黄金周的平均房价约为1,175.3澳门元,跌42.1%。五星级酒店约为1,444.8澳门元,跌38.7%;四星级酒店约为734澳门元,跌51.5%。
澳门今年春节黄金周访澳旅客日均值与去年按年下跌65.3%。其中,年初五(16日)及年初六(17日)的访澳内地旅客人次按年分别升5.3%及22.8%,是今个春节黄金周两个单日的按年升幅。
