《大行报告》摩通升中交(01800.HK)评级至「增持」 目标价上调至5.1元
摩根大通发表报告指,中国交通建设(01800.HK)於2019年至去年的经营趋势较同业疲弱,主因其业务组合不利,BOT(建造、营运、移交)投资项目的贡献较高,且在环境不明朗的海外有较多业务,令集团过去两年表现跑输。
不过,该行认为中国交通建设未来的风险回报改善,预期BOT投资将成业务亮点,低基数亦会使盈利有反弹表现。
摩通升中交评级,由「中性」升至「增持」,目标价由4.3元上调至5.1元,此按现金流折现率作估值,并调升集团2020年至2022年纯利预测平均1%。
