石油股持續飆升！中石化逼近漲停，國際油價續創逾一年新高
今日A股早盤，週期股全面爆發，石油股開盤大漲。其中，中國石化逼近漲停，恆泰艾普和通源石油漲逾9%，中國石油亦漲近6%。
而近日石油股爆發、週期股瘋狂上漲的原因主要有二。
其一是美國堅持實行超寬鬆的貨幣政策。上個月，拜登宣佈的“美國營救計劃”顯示，美國將推出1.9萬億美元的新刺激方案。而昨晚的美聯儲也表示將繼續維持寬鬆立場不變，這意味着短期利率將維持在近零水平，同時美聯儲將繼續以每月1200億美元的資產購買規模。而此舉也增強了全球投資者的信心，對全球大宗商品亦形成提振，疊加全球經濟復甦預期，因此帶動了石油、有色金屬等價格的上漲。
其二是供需矛盾的影響。近日美國的嚴寒天氣導致了美國石油產量的鋭減，因此全球能源陷入緊張的預期加重。
近日，美國受極地寒流影響，多個州遭遇冬季風暴。其中得克薩斯州尤為嚴重，全州陷入輪流停電狀態，多各行業停擺，拜登已宣佈其進入緊急狀態。由於得克薩斯州的生產商幾乎生產全國近一半的燃料，現在缺乏電力供應，因此能源供應商舉步維艱，一些大型煉油廠已經停工。北美最大的煉油廠Motiva Enterprises表示，由於嚴寒天氣，將關閉位於美國得州的Port Arthur煉油廠；埃克森美孚也宣佈關閉得州博蒙特煉油廠。
因核心地區的嚴寒天氣凍結油井作業，因此全美的汽油和柴油供應已變得非常緊張。據媒體報道，美國石油總產量已下滑近三分之一，全國原油產量目前減少約350萬桶/日或者更多，僅國內最大油田得州二疊紀盆地的減產幅度就高達65%。
同時，由於沒有天然氣和電。煉油廠很難將原油轉化為汽油。因此，美國汽油價格也在持續上漲，今日RBOB汽油期貨已上漲1.52%，至1.83美元/加侖，2月依賴汽油漲幅已超10%。
WTI原油期貨亦在持續上漲，當前漲幅超1.01%，報61.765美元/桶，續創一年來最高價，二月以來漲幅超15%；布倫特原油期貨收漲1.56%，報64.34美元/桶。兩大原油期貨截至週三均錄得連續第四個交易日上漲。
不過，今日港股石油股既昨日暴漲後當前有所回落。
美股方面，近日能源股漲勢也一片大好。中石化昨日大漲近6%，近5日漲超10%，近兩個月漲幅超20%；中石油昨日漲幅達1.34%，近五日漲幅高達11.57%；此外英國石油、帝國石油、埃克森美孚等昨日也都跟漲。
根據美國國家氣象局發佈的“冬季風暴警報”，包括休斯敦在內的得州東南部地區未來仍將持續低温並伴有降雪。另外，本週得州還將迎來一次冬季風暴，寒冷天氣和道路結冰狀況將持續數日。因此，預計短期內全球能源股仍有上漲空間。
