港股異動丨華人置業(0127.HK)漲7.3% “甘比”陳凱韻出任行政總裁
格隆匯2月18日丨華人置業昨日盤後宣佈,“甘比”陳凱韻胞姐陳詩韻已向董事會呈辭辭任其執行董事及行政總裁一職,董事會已委任執行董事陳凱韻為行政總裁,從下週六(27日)起生效。華人置業(0127.HK)高開近10%,開報4.36港元,現漲7.3%,報4.26港元,總市值81億港元。據公吿內容,陳詩韻已確認與董事會並無任何意見分歧,並無任何辭任事宜需公司股東垂注。集團表示,預期陳詩韻辭任將不會對集團的營運及財務狀況造成任何重大影響。
