《即日市评》恒指「七连扬」累涨千九点 港交所破顶
受腾讯(00700.HK)及港交所(00388.HK)带动下，恒指升上三万一千点关。市场憧憬周期性行业受惠於更多政府财政支援，美股三大指数昨晚曾创即市新高，道指升0.2%；执笔之时美汇指数升至90.72，美股股道指期货最新升16点或0.05%，纳指期货最新升0.1%。日经指数自近三十一年高位回软，收跌175点或0.6%；内地A股因春节自2月11日起至2月17日(年初六)休市，明天(18日，年初七)复市。
恒指低开110点，早段曾跌243点一度低见30,503点，其後在科技股带动下倒升，尾市曾升421点曾高见31,168点，为2018年6月12日以来近两年半高位。全日升338点或1.1%，收31,084点，连升七日(累涨1,971点或6.8%)；国指升192点或1.6%，收12,228点；恒生科技指数升250点或2.3%，以10,945点新高收市。大市全日成交总额2,079.89亿元，沪、深港通南下交易因内地春节假期暂停。
【憧京东物流上市 京东港交所破顶】
港交所(00388.HK)全日股价破顶升2.8%收563.5元，盘中曾高见570.5元。腾讯全日股价上扬1.7%收757.5元，京东集团(09618.HK)全日股价创新高，弹高6.4%收416.8元。京东集团公布，拟议分拆京东物流於联交所主板独立上市，并已就拟议分拆向联交所提交分拆建议，联交所已确认公司可行拟议分拆。现建议，拟议分拆将以京东物流股份全球发售的方式进行。分拆完成後，公司将继续间接持有京东物流50%以上的股权。
京东物流早前已递主板上市申请，据路透旗下《IFR》报道，京东物流或筹约40亿美元，估值达400亿美元，并料将於今年次季上市。
【中海油续升 金属股走高】
港股今日市宽向好，主板股票的升跌比率为30比19(上日为36比13)，上升股份1,213只(升幅5.2%)，恒指成份股今日29只股份上升，下跌股份21只，升跌比率为56比40(上日为94比5)；大市今日录沽空279.81亿元，占可沽空股份成交1,734.92亿元的16.128%(上日为14.01%)。
中海油(00883.HK)全日股价扬4.5%收9.97元。中金发表报告指，中海油近期股价回升，基本收复去年底事件性风险带来的冲击。该行指，市场预期2021至2022年度中海油的盈利分别为419亿及548亿元人民币，相信未来半年盈利将进入显着的向上修正周期。
金属股有支持，江西铜(00358.HK)涨近3.7%，紫金(02899.HK)及灵宝黄金(03330.HK)股价各上扬3.3%及8.9%，花旗发表报告，更新对金属价格的预期，其中零至三个月铜价预测升至每吨9,000美元，六至十二个月预测升至每吨1万美元，以反映未来数年铜库存低企等因素。该行又上调洛钼(03993.HK)、江西铜、紫金及五矿资源(01208.HK)於2020年至2023年的盈利预测，以反映中期铜价上升、锌价提高及金价下降的假设，并相信今年中国制造业需求复苏，及房地产竣工周期将使铝、铜及扁平钢等後期材料受惠。(wl/a)
