運輸署:專營巴士服務明日起逐步回復正常
運輸署表示,因應政府宣布逐步有序放寬社交距離措施及全面恢復正常公共服務,各專營巴士公司由明日(2月18日)起逐步恢復繁忙時段的正常班次,以照顧乘客的出行需要。
運輸署指,已要求專營巴士公司密切留意相關路線的乘客量需求,在有需要時靈活調節班次。在非繁忙時段乘客量偏低的路線一般班次最多延長不超過5分鐘,而於晚上10時後的班次則最多延長不超過10分鐘,惟延長後的班次間距時間不會超過30分鐘。
此外,主要服務旅客、前往陸路口岸和機場的路線,因應早前實施的入境等防疫抗疫措施,仍維持有限度服務或獲准暫停服務。
運輸署表示,會與巴士公司保持緊密溝通,密切監察各路線的運作情況,跟進巴士服務以配合乘客需求。
