京東集團(9618.HK)漲近5% 京東物流正式向港交所遞交IPO招股書
格隆匯2月17日丨京東物流昨晚向港交所遞交招股申請,成為京東集團旗下進行IPO的第三家子公司。京東(JD.US)隔夜於美股漲4%,京東集團(9618.HK)今天盤初亦走強,現漲近5%,報410.4港元,高見411.8港元創上市以來新高,最新總市值12845億港元。京東物流此次IPO募集資金主要用於物流網絡和供應鏈技術。京東物流2020年前三季度收入達到495億元,同比增長43.2%。2017年,京東物流全面對外開放,外部客户收入佔比不斷提升,從2018年的29.9%、2019年的38.4%提升至2020年前9個月的43.4%。完成擬議的分拆後,京東將繼續間接持有京東物流50%以上的股份。此前報道稱,京東物流估值可能達到400億美元左右。
