运输署:专营巴士服务明日起逐步回复正常
运输署表示,因应政府宣布逐步有序放宽社交距离措施及全面恢复正常公共服务,各专营巴士公司由明日(2月18日)起逐步恢复繁忙时段的正常班次,以照顾乘客的出行需要。
运输署指,已要求专营巴士公司密切留意相关路线的乘客量需求,在有需要时灵活调节班次。在非繁忙时段乘客量偏低的路线一般班次最多延长不超过5分钟,而於晚上10时後的班次则最多延长不超过10分钟,惟延长後的班次间距时间不会超过30分钟。
此外,主要服务旅客、前往陆路口岸和机场的路线,因应早前实施的入境等防疫抗疫措施,仍维持有限度服务或获准暂停服务。
运输署表示,会与巴士公司保持紧密沟通,密切监察各路线的运作情况,跟进巴士服务以配合乘客需求。
