獅子山集團(01127.HK)擬認購7750萬港元貸款票據
格隆匯 2 月 17日丨獅子山集團(01127.HK)發佈公吿,作為Quarto與其銀行就現有銀行融資的再融資協議的一部份,公司間接全資附屬匯星印刷有限公司作為認購人於2021年2月16日發出認購函件,據此,認購人同意認購本金額為1000萬美元(相當於約7750萬港元)並按年利率4釐計息的貸款票據;及認購人就認購事項及2018貸款票據於同日訂立後償契據。貸款票據的認購款項將由Quarto用於償還部份現有銀行債務。預期再融資以及發行貸款票據將於2月19日或之前完成。
