中式餐飲品牌「煌府」母企首灃控股(01703.HK)公布,,董事會於上周四(11日)接獲持有公司已發行股份總數超過10%之股東敏莊有限公司,以專人遞交之一份書面要求,動議罷免譚家偉之公司執行董事職務,於決議案獲通過後即時生效。
公司指,董事會正就公司將對書面要求採取之合適行動尋求法律意見。於取得有關意見後,董事會將處理書面要求所載事宜,並遵照適用上市規則,召開股東特別大會。
