蚂蚁集团未能上市 报道指逾百亿美元上市前投资者资金遭困
《华尔街日报》报道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)旗下蚂蚁集团因上市计划受阻,大批上市前投资者的资金遭困,其中逾100亿美元来自Silver Lake、华平投资、凯雷投资集团及普信等环球私募基金及互惠基金管理公司。
报道指,相关公司於2018年参与蚂蚁集团140亿美元融资,当时蚂蚁集团设立一间用於筹集美元资金的离岸空壳公司让其入股。报道引述知情人士指,现时蚂蚁集团尚未向其提供新的上市时间表。
