《大行报告》大摩:美高梅中国(02282.HK)上季中场市占提升 带动EBITDA胜预期
摩根士丹利发表报告表示,美高梅中国(02282.HK)去年第四季物业EBITDA为3.67亿元,按年下跌76%,好过市场预期;惟撇除奖金回赠,其EBITDA按年跌88%,与金沙中国(01928.HK)及永利澳门(01128.HK)相若。
报告又指,美高梅中国上季中场市占率达12.8%,高於2019年的10.1%及去年首三季之9.7%,主因公司更好地定位於高端中场、提供更多客房促销活动、在楼层增加餐饮店及并针对客户进行营销等。该行维持其「减持」评级,目标价为12元。
