法院裁定受理債權人河北致遠通用航空有限責任公司(“致遠通航”)對公司控股子公司長安航空有限責任公司(“長安航空”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人富來特貨代對公司控股子公司山西航空有限責任公司(“山西航空”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人昆明飛安航空訓練有限公司(“昆明飛安”)對公司控股子公司雲南祥鵬航空有限責任公司(“祥鵬航空”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人瀋陽天達航空科技有限公司(“瀋陽天達”)對公司控股子公司福州航空有限責任公司(“福州航空”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人新疆中鐵青旅行社有限公司(“中鐵青旅”)對公司控股子公司烏魯木齊航空有限責任公司(“烏魯木齊航空”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人海南環遊假期囯際旅行社有限公司(“海南環遊”)對公司控股子公司廣西北部灣航空有限責任公司(“北部灣航空”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人海南德飛貿易有限公司(“海南德飛”)對公司控股子公司北京科航投資有限公司(“科航投資”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人瀋陽天達對公司控股子公司海航航空技術有限公司(“海航技術”)的重整申請。
法院裁定受理債權人平安銀行股份有限公司海口分行(“平安銀行海口分行”)對公司控股子公司海南福順投資開發有限公司(“福順投資”)的重整申請。
公司上述10家子公司已被法院裁定受理重整，可能將對公司長期股權投資、應收賬款及其他應收賬款等產生影響。公司將依法行使股東權利，協助、指導上述公司子公司在現有基礎上積極做好日常運營管理工作，保障生產運營安全穩定，並將嚴格按照《股票上市規則》的有關規定，及時披露上述事項的進展情況。
