《即日市评》恒指「四连升」兼重上三万关 快手再飙
受科网及金融股引领下，恒指重上3万点关。美股昨晚个别发展，道指及纳指各下滑0.03%及0.1%；执笔之时美汇指数跌至90.29，美股股道指期货最新升64点或0.2%，纳指期货最新升0.5%。内地1月CPI按年跌0.3%(市场原预期持平)、1月PPI按年升0.3%符预期，今早人民币中间价升至近32个月高，上证综指全日升51点或1.4%收3,655，深证成指涨2.1%、内地创业板数升逾2%创五年半高。沪深两市成交额共8,753亿人民币。
恒指高开320点後升幅扩大，曾升599点一度高见30,075点，全日升562点或1.9%。收30,038点，连升四日(累涨925点或3.2%)。国指升207点或1.8%，收11,810点；恒生科技指数升253点或2.5%，收10,214点，大市全日成交总额1,759.82亿元。沪、深港通南下交易於农历新年假期前暂停，直至下周四(18日)才复市。
金融股强势，港交所(00388.HK)股价弹3.8%收534元、汇控(00005.HK)股价涨2.2%收42.6元。
【快手持续飙升 腾讯美团破顶】
科网股有支持，快手(01024.HK)全日股价再飙升13%收397元，市值升至1.65万亿元，今日收市价较其上市价115元累积飙升2.45倍。美团(03690.HK)全日股价破顶升5.2%收430.4元。瑞银上调美团目标价由340元升至470元，指即使社区团购业务短期内对美团盈利能力带来影响，但对其长线增长前景有信心，因此料其2021及2022年度收益按年增长分别为63.5%及41.1%。
腾讯(00700.HK)全日股价攀升2.8%收761元，盘中曾高见770元。野村发表报告，预期腾讯2020财年第四季的收入按年增长26%至1,330亿元人民币，较市场预期高1%。非通用会计准则计算的营运利润率或按年扩阔0.8个百分点至26.5%，很大程度是由於毛利率按年扩张1个百分点所致。该行维持腾讯「买入」投资评级，将目标价由原来的690元上调至864元。
【升股千二只 嘉里物流弹】
港股今日市宽向好，主板股票的升跌比率为30比15(上日为28比17)，上升股份1,231只(升幅4.1%)，恒指成份股今日44只股份上升，下跌股份3只，升跌比率为85比6(上日为52比44)；大市今日录沽空221.13亿元，占可沽空股份成1,429.14亿元的15.473%(上日为16.637%)。
嘉里物流(00636.HK)全日股价升5.5%收24.75元，嘉里建设(00683.HK)股价涨6.8%。顺丰控股(002352.SZ)计划收购嘉里物流约9.31亿股股份，占公司已发行股本51.8%，每股要约价18.8元，涉及现金总代价为175.55亿元。要约价较股份停牌前作价折让19.83%。顺丰控股指，嘉里物流与顺丰在快递行业的判断力和科技能力形成互补，有望在品牌、资源获取、成本管理、运营系统等方面实现共享，共同在东南亚快速搭建一张高度协同的快递网络。(wl/a)
