天馬科技(603668.SH)：孫公司成功競得福建中糧華港飼料所持6家公司
格隆匯 2 月 10日丨天馬科技(603668.SH)公佈，公司於2021年1月21日召開第三屆董事會第三十四次會議，審議通過了《關於控股孫公司擬參與股權競拍的議案》，同意公司控股孫公司福建華龍生物科技集團有限公司(“華龍生物”)使用自有資金參與競拍福建中糧華港飼料有限公司所持有的龍巖中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、南平中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、漳州中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、寧德中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、武平中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、永安中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目的聯合轉讓。根據北京產權交易所公開信息顯示，上述股權合計掛牌價格為人民幣2.11億元，最終交易價格以實際成交價格為準。
華龍生物現已成功拍得該股權，並2021年2月10日取得了北京產權交易所出具的《網絡競價結果通知書》，後續會盡快與轉讓方福建中糧華港飼料有限公司簽署《產權交易合同》。此次競拍結果具體情況如下：
龍巖中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、南平中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、漳州中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、寧德中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、武平中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目、永安中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權項目的聯合轉讓競價起始價為轉讓底價總和，即2.11億元，除華龍生物以外的其他競買方最高出價記錄為2.69億元，最終成交價格為2.71億元，較股權聯合轉讓競價起始價高出6000萬元。華龍生物將以自有資金支付。
此次競拍完成後，華龍生物將直接持有龍巖中糧華港飼料有限公司、南平中糧華港飼料有限公司、漳州中糧華港飼料有限公司、寧德中糧華港飼料有限公司、武平中糧華港飼料有限公司和永安中糧華港飼料有限公司100%股權，有利於進一步做大做強公司飼料業務，豐富公司產品品類，契合公司全產業鏈業務佈局和多元化業務發展的戰略部署，有利於提升公司綜合實力和整體競爭力。
