格隆匯 2 月 10日丨粵海製革(01058.HK)公吿,根據對集團截至2020年12月31日止年度未經審核綜合管理賬目的初步評估,預期集團截至2020年12月31日止年度綜合淨虧損較2019年經審核綜合淨虧損3899萬港元相比,虧損減少超過80%。
預期綜合淨虧損減少的主要因素如下:(i)因於本年出售已撥備庫存,使存貨減值準備回撥增加,導致毛利由虧轉盈;(ii)行政開支減少,主要是職工薪酬較去年同期減少;(iii)本年有應收賬款減值回撥而去年則為計提應收款減值準備;及(iv)本年有其他應付賬款和應計費用的回撥。
