鹰君(00041.HK)拟购何文田站上盖项目发展权
鹰君(00041.HK)公布,与现有发展商高鉎投资、潘苏通及高银地产就港铁(00066.HK)何文田站上盖项目订立框架协议。据此,项目发展商的一切权利及责任更替予公司或其代名人。
鹰君已向港铁支付10亿元可退还诚意金。诚意金须於本月25日或之前按要求偿还予鹰君。否则,须於本月26日由港铁用作鹰君支付项目整笔款项的部分付款。
涉及项目土地为九龙何文田(九龙内地段第 11264 号),将发展800-1,000个住宅单位。
