第一視頻(00082.HK)2021年2月9日表示，集團已完成業務重組，以專業團隊組成的新董事會亦已於1月順利交接，正集中資源發展瘋狂體育的體育彩票線上資訊服務及線下彩票零售終端業務，向“中國最大體育彩票及娛樂社區運營商”的目標強勢進發，勢必成為辛丑牛年最牛股！
自啟動業務重組以來，集團動作一浪接一浪。2021年伊始，瘋狂體育取得當局批准在海南搭建賽事競技平台和積分兑換系統，對大型體育賽事進行競猜，勝者可獲積分兑換禮品或服務，拉動海南旅遊消費。瘋狂體育之後獲得FIFPro正版IP授權，推出包含眾多國際著名球星、覆蓋 54 個國家及聯賽球員及肖像的足球電競手遊《球場風雲》，吸引過百萬的玩家預約。另外，瘋狂體育早前獲得中超IP授權，結合海南賽事競猜平台優勢，推出范特西 Fantasy類足球遊戲《夢幻中超》，儲備足球、籃球、網球、保齡球、賽車等優秀的體育遊戲作品，逐步形成了體育 IP 領銜、硬核及體育渠道聯動、全球體育遊戲研發支撐的特色發行體系。
上月底瘋狂體育與拉卡拉匯積天下技術服務(北京)有限公司(“匯積天下”)於達成戰略合作，未來三年匯積天下成為“智能體育彩票銷售業務”的重要合作伙伴，加快瘋狂體育彩票新零售業務的落地，也為全國數量龐大的彩民用户提供更加便捷和智能化的購彩服務，將體彩銷售商户推逾數萬家，隨體彩終端機今年在各省市加快安裝，將給彩民購彩帶來極大便利。
本月初，瘋狂體育參與了北京經濟技術開發區“兩區”建設項目簽約，成為“兩區”(即“北京經濟技術開發區國家服務業擴大開放綜合示範區”及“中國(北京)自由貿易試驗區高端產業片區”)建設科文融合項目版塊重點引入企業，將會得到北京經開區的技術創新攻關、關鍵設備研發、高端人才引進等專項資金支持和遊戲版號註冊綠色通道待遇，為瘋狂體育業務進一步發展注入動力。
瘋狂體育聚焦發展體育社區和彩票業務生態圈。現時，這生態圈線上以瘋狂紅單APP、瘋狂體育APP、為主，並整合中國足彩網、彩票365的流量和數據資源，形成橫跨體育、遊戲及彩票三大領域的線上內容娛樂平台，服務逾2億的用户資源規模；線下則在傳統專營店基礎上，不斷拓展以連鎖便利店為主的兼營渠道，通過終端設備綁定，推進輕資產經營，觸達更多年輕彩民，並與線上構成體彩及娛樂服務閉環。
集團將繼續加快設立全國性體育彩票零售點；加強付費內容之領先地位；利用平台核心能力繼續開發線上新遊戲；繼續投資技術及數據能力；通過執行營銷策略來提高瘋狂體育的品牌知名度；及通過線上線下體育社區彩票電商生態系統間之交叉銷售提升變現能力。結合集團體育彩票娛樂社區的數據積累，必可領峯規模達萬億元人民幣的中國體育市場，2021年盈利能力將會非常強勁，勢必成為辛丑牛年最牛股！
集團更名瘋狂體育集團有限公司，將於5月份之股東大會落實，配合2021-2022年國際體育賽事大年，將業務及盈利推向另一高峯。
