納思達(002180.SZ):擬使用閒置募集資金約4.78億元用於暫補流動資金
格隆匯 2 月 9日丨納思達(002180.SZ)公佈,結合公司實際情況和募集資金投資項目“智能化生產改造項目”的實施情況,為提高募集資金使用效率,降低公司財務成本,公司擬使用募集資金投資項目“智能化生產改造項目”全部閒置募集資金47771.59萬元(含理財收入和賬户中的利息收入)用於暫時補充公司流動資金,預計節約財務費用約1361.49萬元(按金融機構一年期貸款基準利率估算),使用期限自公司第六屆董事會第十五次會議審議批准之日起不超過12個月,到期後將歸還至募集資金專用賬户。
此次使用部分閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金僅限於與公司主營業務相關的生產經營使用,不會直接或間接安排用於新股配售、申購,或用於股票及其衍生品種、可轉換債券等交易。
