美吉姆(002621.SZ):拟使用不超2亿元暂时闲置自有资金购买理财产品
格隆汇 2 月 9日丨美吉姆(002621.SZ)公布,公司于2021年2月8日召开第五届董事会第三十一次会议审议通过了《关于使用暂时闲置自有资金购买理财产品的议案》。公司拟在不影响正常经营及确保资金安全的情况下,使用不超过2亿元的暂时闲置自有资金购买安全性高、流动性好、低风险的理财产品。该额度自董事会审议通过之日起十二个月有效,在上述额度范围内,资金可以滚动使用。董事会授权公司董事长签署相关协议,具体事项由公司财务总监负责组织实施。
