纳思达(002180.SZ):拟使用不超4亿元暂时闲置募集资金进行现金管理
格隆汇 2 月 9日丨纳思达(002180.SZ)公布,公司于2021年2月9日召开第六届董事会第十五次会议和第六届监事会第十四次会议,分别审议通过了《关于使用部分闲置募集资金进行现金管理的议案》。
根据中国证监会《上市公司监管指引第2号——上市公司募集资金管理和使用的监管要求》、《深圳证券交易所上市公司规范运作指引》及公司《募集资金管理制度》等相关规定,本着股东利益最大化原则,为提高募集资金使用效率,在确保不影响募集资金项目建设和募集资金使用的情况下,公司计划使用最高额度不超过人民币4亿元的暂时闲置募集资金进行现金管理,适时购买安全性高、流动性好、短期保本型银行理财产品,本议案尚需提交公司股东大会审议。
