芯原股份(688521.SH)：擬與Alphawave簽署合作框架協議
格隆匯 2 月 9日丨芯原股份(688521.SH)公佈，公司擬與Alphawave IP Inc. (“Alphawave”)簽署《Cooperation Framework Agreement》(“合作框架協議”)，Alphawave指定公司作為其在指定地區(中國大陸、香港特別行政區、澳門特別行政區)的唯一銷售合作伙伴，公司在上述地區內擁有獨家銷售Alphawave的一系列多標準SerDes IP的權利，同時成為Alphawave在全球範圍內首選的ASIC合作伙伴。
Alphawave成立於2017年，是一家總部位於加拿大多倫多的面向電子設備的多標準IP互聯解決方案的領先供應商，目前擁有約100人的研發團隊，全部位於加拿大。Alphawave主營業務為多標準SerDes IP核及Chiplet解決方案提供商，擁有面向多個終端市場(數據中心、網絡通訊、AI、自動駕駛、5G通信、存儲等)的廣泛產品組合，其總裁兼首席執行官為Tony Pialis先生。
Alphawave深耕高速SerDes及相關技術領域，創新性地開拓基於DSP的體繫結構和IP編譯器的可配置SerDes IP平台，提供面向多個終端市場的廣泛產品組合，從高性能到低功耗低成本不同的產品線擁有超過40個基於先進工藝節點的高速SerDec IP及相關技術，包括基於DSP的112G/56G SerDes、PCI-Express (支持PCI-E Gen5)、ReTimer、D2D (die-to-die interface)等，以及針對超短距(XSR/USR)、系統級封裝和板級芯片互聯領域實現112 Gbps傳輸速率下不到1mW/Gbps的傳輸功耗的解決方案。Alphawave於2020年10月榮獲2020年度台積電(TSMC) OIP合作伙伴高速SerDes IP著名獎項，台積電(TSMC)年度最佳OIP合作伙伴獎授予在設計、開發和技術實施方面達到最高標準以加速硅創新的合作伙伴公司。
2020年度，Alphawave營業收入約3400萬美元，其中中國區營業收入約1000萬美元。2020年度訂單金額約7500萬美元，其中中國區訂單金額約1500萬美元(以上數據為IFRS標準下最近一期未經審計財務數據)。Alphawave計劃近期在倫敦證券交易所IPO。
