格隆匯 2 月 9日丨天威視訊(002238.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年2月9日召開了第八屆董事會第二十二次會議，審議並通過了《關於擬變更公司經營範圍及修訂<章程>的議案》。根據公司“融合發展、轉型升級，做領先的智慧廣電運營商和智慧城市服務商”的發展戰略，在做優做強有線業務的同時，將逐步拓寬多元化經營，努力實現可持續發展。為突破傳統有線電視業務和部分互聯網接入業務，大力發展新興業務，有效支撐公司的發展戰略。公司擬變更經營範圍並對公司<章程>進行相應修訂。
變更前經營範圍：有線廣播電視網絡及其他通訊網絡規劃建設及技術服務；廣播電視信號傳輸服務；音視頻和數據信息內容服務；因特網信息服務(網頁製作、網絡遊戲、文學欣賞、網上商務)；因特網接入服務業務；經營國內商業、物資供銷業(不含專營、專控、專賣項目)；各類信息諮詢(凡國家專項規定的項目除外)；進出口業務(具體按深貿管審證字第659號文辦理)。
變更後經營範圍：有線廣播電視網絡及其他通訊網絡規劃建設及技術服務；廣播電視信號傳輸服務；音視頻和數據信息內容服務；因特網信息服務(網頁製作、網絡遊戲、文學欣賞、網上商務)；因特網接入服務業務、因特網數據中心業務。經營國內商業、物資供銷業(不含專營、專控、專賣項目)；各類信息諮詢(凡國家專項規定的項目除外)；進出口業務(具體按深貿管審證字第659號文辦理)；廣播電視設備製造；通信設備製造；廣播、電視、電影和錄音製作；經營性互聯網信息服務業務；信息系統集成；互聯網數據服務；工業機器人制造；智能消費設備製造；物聯網技術服務；軟件開發；信息傳輸、軟件和信息技術運行維護服務；信息技術諮詢服務；動漫、遊戲數字內容服務；數字文化內容服務；數字體育內容服務；安全系統監控服務；會議展覽展示策劃；從事廣吿業務；計算機及通訊設備租賃(不含金融租賃)；計算機、軟件及輔助設備批發；通訊設備批發；廣播影視設備批發；家用視聽設備零售；物業管理、自有物業租賃、機動車停放服務。
