安迪蘇(600299.SH)業績快報：2020年度淨利潤升36.2%至13.52億元
格隆匯 2 月 9日丨安迪蘇(600299.SH)發佈2020年度業績快報，實現營業總收入119.10億元，同比增長6.96%；營業利潤20.46億元，同比增長28.76%；利潤總額19.98億元，同比增長15.36%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤13.52億元，同比增長36.20%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤13.72億元，同比增長52.90%；基本每股收益0.50元。
儘管宏觀環境極具挑戰，公司在2020年仍然實現可持續增長，收入為人民幣119.10億元，同比增長6.96%，毛利潤為人民幣45.20億元，同比增長19.62%，主要歸功於液體蛋氨酸銷量持續增長，維生素業務對業績做出重要貢獻，以及特種產品銷售取得強勁的雙位數增長。
2020年毛利率由33.93%提升至37.95%，主要歸功於處於低位的原材料價格，銷量增長帶來的積極影響，工廠生產的高度穩定性，以及積極的利潤管理舉措。
關於蛋氨酸業務，液體蛋氨酸在四季度較上年同期取得14%的銷量增長。南京工廠在四季度實現創記錄的產量，年產能18萬噸的南京液體蛋氨酸工廠二期項目(BANC2)進展順利，主體管道鋪設和土建工程已經完工，重要進口設備也已運抵施工現場。歐洲蛋氨酸工廠脱瓶頸項目(新增3萬噸產能)按計劃推進中。
關於維生素業務，源於穩定的生產和供應，公司維生素A和維生素E業務實現強勁的雙位數銷量增長且充分得益於堅實的市場價格。
關於特種產品業務，儘管銷售人員通過實地拜訪客户來推廣特種產品(尤其是新產品)的難度加大，該業務的收入和毛利潤在2020年仍然實現強勁的雙位數增長，分別較上年增長16%和18%。增長主要歸功於反芻動物產品38%的銷售增長，水產業務31%的銷售增長以及包括“營養促健康”產品線在內的其他各類特種產品的強勁表現。
運營效益提升計劃成功為公司縮減超過3000萬歐元成本開支。2021年及往後，安迪蘇將繼續實施該計劃，以持續提升公司競爭力。
報吿期內，歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤實現約13.52億元，同比增長36.20%，主要歸功於毛利潤的增長，運營效益提升計劃的成功執行，以及藍星安迪蘇營養集團15% 普通股股權收購交易完成產生的積極影響，成功抵消了美元和新興市場貨幣貶值帶來的不利外匯因素影響。同時，公司扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於股東的淨利潤實現同比增長52.90%。
