朗诗地产(00106.HK)公布回购项目公司70%股权,2月8日上海朗毓、德宁基金及项目公司订立股权转让协议,德宁基金同意转让而上海朗毓同意回购销售权益,转让代价为4,200万元人民币,於公告日德宁基金股东贷款并无任何尚欠结余。
转让销售权益交割完成後,项目公司将成为公司的间接全资附属公司,其财务业绩将并入公司的财务报表。(el/a) ~
