嘉利国际(01050.HK)将於农历新年後推售嘉辉豪庭第五期
嘉利国际(01050.HK)公布,嘉辉豪庭第四及第五期项目总可售建筑面积约12万平方米,约有990套单位,料将於2021年至2024年间分批交付入账,未来数年料可为公司带来稳定收益。
第四期住宅项目之1号及11号楼已领取建筑工程竣工验收备案证书,料将於本财政年度交付入账。公司将於农历新年後推出嘉辉豪庭第五期项目旗下3栋住宅大楼,料售价将超过每平方米31,000元人民币。
