伊利股份(600887.SH):将强制完成对中地乳业(01492.HK)剩余股份收购并将其私有化退市
伊利股份(600887.SH)公布,截至2月8日下午4时,接受要约的中地乳业(01492.HK)累计已达14.44亿股,占所有被要约方持有中地乳业股份的比例为98.47%。
监於此次收购已符合《开曼群岛第22章公司法》第88条及拼购守则规定的强制收购条件,公司将通过强制收购方式完成对中地乳业全部剩余股份的收购,并计划在收购完成後将中地乳业从香港联合交易所有限公司私有化退市。(ta/u) ~
