科藍軟件(300663.SZ)與相城高新簽署戰略協議
格隆匯 2 月 8日丨科藍軟件(300663.SZ)公佈，公司(乙方)近日與蘇州相城高新控股集團有限公司(“相城高新”，甲方)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。經過甲、乙雙方友好協商，本着“優勢互補、務求實效、共謀發展、戰略共贏”的原則，決定建立戰略合作關係，達成以下協議：
(一)戰略合作目標
以服務長三角一體化國家戰略，促進長三角數字金融產業高地建設，以數字金融為重點，整合國內外數字金融領域的行業龍頭、場景應用等各方資源，打造長三角數字金融產品及服務創新應用示範高地。
(二)合作內容
甲乙雙方充分發揮各自優勢，在數字金融、金融科技等方面開展深入合作。
1、產業賦能、資本賦能
在產業賦能方面，甲方通過引入乙方長三角科技研發中心，加強雙方在相城高新區金融科技園區、數字金融、數據庫等基礎軟件研究、金融科技研究院等方面的深入合作，打造更完善的數字金融產業生態。
在資本賦能方面，為加強相城高新區對引進上市公司的支持力度，支持上市公司長遠發展，蘇州相城高新區的投資平台將與乙方在基金及股權方面開展廣泛合作。
2、數字金融產業創新
打造數字金融產業創新高地，以數字金融創新產品，向長三角區域及全國範圍逐步覆蓋，建立可持續、可落地、可複製的合作機制，推動數字金融產業發展。
公司擁有泛金融行業影響力，領先的金融軟件和服務解決方案，持續為金融機構提供電子銀行、互聯網金融綜合服務平台、核心系統、大數據應用及數據庫基礎軟件等全方位技術服務，助力金融行業數字化轉型。
通過整合雙方資源，公司為相城區“打造立足蘇州、服務全國的長三角數字金融產業高地”的戰略規劃提供全方位服務。公司將充分利用蘇州市相城高新區的區位、資源、政策及產業等優勢，利用與相城高新深度合作的優勢，提升公司在數字金融領域的行業地位，擴大公司產品在全國的市場份額及品牌影響力，提升公司中長期盈利能力,實現公司長期發展戰略及全體股東利益。
