浙商銀行(02016.HK):部分董監高擬增持不少於470.07萬元股份
格隆匯 2 月 8日丨浙商銀行(02016.HK)公佈,截至2021年1月29日,公司需履行穩定股價義務的董事(不包括獨立董事及不在公司領取薪酬的董事)、高級管理人員共計11人,將以不少於上一年度自公司領取薪酬(税後)15%的自有資金增持公司A股股份。
基於對公司未來發展前景的信心和成長價值的認可,監事長於建強和擬任首席審計官姜戎(其任職資格尚待中國銀保監會核准)(以下簡稱"自願增持人員")自願以不少於上一年度自公司領取薪酬(税後)15%的自有資金增持公司A股股份。
上述高管增持金額合計不低於470.07萬元。
