東方雨虹(002271.SZ)：擬10億元投建綠色建材生產基地項目
格隆匯 2 月 8日丨東方雨虹(002271.SZ)公佈，2021年2月8日，公司(“乙方”)與宿遷高新技術產業開發區管理委員會(“甲方”)簽訂《項目投資協議書》，協議約定公司擬投資10億元在江蘇省宿遷市高新區投資建設東方雨虹綠色建材生產基地項目，項目主要內容為防水、節能保温材料、民用建築材料、水性塗料等產品的研發生產項目，建設週期計劃自項目協議簽訂後3個月內一期投產，24個月左右全部投產。
宿遷市位於江蘇省北部，歷史悠久、人文薈萃，素有“華夏文明之脈、淮河文明之源、楚漢文化之魂”之稱。宿遷市屬淮海經濟帶、沿海經濟帶、沿江經濟帶的交叉輻射區，長三角北翼區域性綜合交通樞紐，是江蘇省沿海地區向中西部輻射的重要門户城市，亦是徐州都市圈、江淮生態經濟區核心城市、一帶一路節點城市，投資環境優良。公司此次在宿遷市投資建設東方雨虹綠色建材生產基地項目，旨在充分利用宿遷市在交通區位條件、歷史文化底藴、生態宜居環境、產業政策支持等方面的優勢，立足公司建築建材系統服務商的核心定位，踐行綠色建築、綠色建材、節能建築等國家戰略，不斷豐富綠色建材產品品類，提升產品品質，實現產品結構的優化升級，探索並培育新材料領域創新驅動發展新引擎，滿足公司的戰略發展規劃及因產品應用領域不斷擴大而帶來的市場需求。按照協議約定，宿遷高新技術產業開發區管理委員會積極支持配合公司相關項目申報省重點項目，積極支持公司產品列入省、市、區三級政府採購名錄，在政府工程及市政工程中優先使用，積極協助公司開展新型建築材料的推廣應用，此舉將對公司的業務發展起到一定的促進作用和積極影響。此外，華東地區是公司重要的產品銷售市場之一，希望通過此次投資進一步擴大公司在華東地區的生產與供貨能力，促進產能分佈的持續優化，以期進一步滿足華東地區的市場需求，為公司未來持續穩定發展奠定堅實的基礎，符合公司全體股東的利益。
