格隆匯 2 月 7日丨金雷股份(300443.SZ)發佈2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入14.77億元，同比增長31.37%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.22億元，同比增長154.50%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.56億元，同比增長125.95%；基本每股收益2.16元，擬每10股派發現金紅利6元(含税)。
公司主導產品為1.5MW至6MW的風電主軸，作為全球最大、最專業的風電主軸製造商之一，公司已與維斯塔斯、西門子歌美颯、GE、恩德安信能、遠景能源、上海電氣、國電聯合動力、運達股份、海裝風電、山東中車、三一重能等全球高端風電整機制造商建立了良好的戰略合作關係。
報吿期，公司鑄鍛件項目一期原材料供應按計劃投產，多元化需求得到滿足，產品質量得到了保障，經濟效益獲得充分發揮，在提高盈利能力的同時為新產品研發提供了廣闊空間。
報吿期隨着8000支鑄鍛件二期項目陸續完工，公司鑄件市場也陸續拉開帷幕，目前鑄造樣件的開發認證工作正在緊鑼密鼓進行中，為後續鑄造線順利投產、達產奠定了前提條件。該項目預計將於2021年1季度實現投產，屆時公司將具備年產4.5萬噸海上風電用高端球墨鑄鐵風電主軸鑄造生產能力。
報吿期公司實現收入14.77億，原材料實現自供、產業鏈逐步延伸，業務縱橫度不斷拓展，實現淨利潤5.22億，同比增長154.50%。風電主軸業務實現銷量12.49萬噸，較去年同期增長30.92%，實現銷售收入13.83億元，較同期增長45.92%。
鞏固風電主軸業務的同時，公司重點開發自由鍛件業務領域，目前已覆蓋水泥礦山、能源發電、冶金、船舶及其他行業。報吿期，公司自由鍛件業務實現銷量5947.8噸，較去年同期增長67.59%，實現自由鍛件收入6755.57萬元，較去年同期增長89.28%，為“海上風電主軸與其他精密傳動軸建設項目”的分階段順利達產奠定了基礎。
