格隆匯 2 月 7日丨國機精工(002046.SZ)公佈,公司第七屆董事會第一次會議決議,審議通過了《關於在建設銀行辦理授信的議案》;
根據經營需要,公司擬向建設銀行鄭州鐵路支行以信用方式申請授信總金額(時點數)不超過人民幣4億元整,可用於辦理借款、票據貼現、銀行承兑匯票、信用證和保函、信貸證明、保理、融資租賃、貿易融資、跨境融資性風險參與、轉貸款、跨境融貿貸等的敞口部分業務。授信業務辦理有效期自審批通過之日起兩年有效。
