中信証券(06030.HK)上月新增借款615億人幣
中信証券(06030.HK)公布,截至2021年1月31日,公司借款餘額為4,602.22億元人民幣(下同),累計新增615.85億元,累計新增借款佔2020年末淨資產的比例為33.13%,超過20%。
截至2021年1月31日,該公司銀行貸款餘額較2020年末增加187.79億元,佔去年末淨資產比例為10.1%,主要為短期借款增加。
公司指上述新增借款符合相關法律法規的規定,屬於公司正常經營活動範圍。公司財務狀況穩健,目前所有債務均按時還本付息,上述新增借款事項不會對公司經營情況和償債能力產生不利影響。
