格隆匯 2 月 5日丨時計寶(02033.HK)發佈公吿,集團預期2021年財政年度六個月公司擁有人應占溢利將較截至2019年12月31日止六個月增加約55%。
公吿稱,該增加主要由於集團2019年同期的業績受終止經營全球分銷第三方獲授權國際品牌手錶業務分類的虧損影響,而2021年財政年度六個月則並無產生該等虧損;大多來自人民幣兑港元升值的匯兑收益;及2021年財政年度六個月投資物業的公平值收益所致,而2019年同期則無該等收益。
