中信证券(06030.HK)上月新增借款615亿人币
中信证券(06030.HK)公布,截至2021年1月31日,公司借款余额为4,602.22亿元人民币(下同),累计新增615.85亿元,累计新增借款占2020年末净资产的比例为33.13%,超过20%。
截至2021年1月31日,该公司银行贷款余额较2020年末增加187.79亿元,占去年末净资产比例为10.1%,主要为短期借款增加。
公司指上述新增借款符合相关法律法规的规定,属於公司正常经营活动范围。公司财务状况稳健,目前所有债务均按时还本付息,上述新增借款事项不会对公司经营情况和偿债能力产生不利影响。
