特步國際(01368.HK)擬4.64億元收購上海辦公物業以建運營中心
格隆匯 2 月 5日丨特步國際(01368.HK)宣佈,於2021年2月5日,買方(公司的全資附屬公司)與賣方就建議收購事項訂立意向書。根據意向書,買方應向賣方收購該物業及停車場,總代價為人民幣4.636億元。
據悉,該物業位於上海市閔行區七寶鎮最近開發的生態商務區。該物業所在的該幅地塊由賣方擁有,並指定作商業用途。
集團通過多項收購,由本土品牌蜕變為全球體育用品企業。為進一步推動集團的全球化進程及提升集團品牌知名度,董事會已決定於中國主要金融及商業中心上海建立新的運營中心,以便集團隨時起用高端人才。
