電訊盈科(00008.HK)中期虧損10.20億港元 末期息23港仙
格隆匯 2 月 5日丨電訊盈科(00008.HK)公佈，截至2020年12月31日止12個月，公司綜合收益港幣380.46億元，同比增長1%；綜合EBITDA港幣119.78億元，同比下降3%；公司股權持有人應占綜合虧損為港幣10.20億元，末期現金股息每股23港仙。
業績虧損部分源於若干一次性非現金會計項目，包括盈大地產的減值撥備，一些其他非核心投資的公平價值變動，及為舊資訊科技平台作出的撇銷。
香港電訊的流動通訊產品銷售受到疲弱消費信心，以及客户升級手機週期延長的趨勢所影響。然而，截至2020年12月31日止年度香港電訊的總收益(未計流動通訊產品銷售)仍取得輕微增長至港幣297.80億元。此增長源於市場對數據及寬頻服務的需求大幅上升，加上5G服務的上客情況漸入佳境，縱使部分增幅因年內實施旅遊限制措施導致漫遊收益下降而被抵銷。
Now TV的收益減少6%至港幣25.12億元7，原因為年內直播體育賽事暫停及商業活動減少。但由於Now TV精簡了內容成本及嚴格控制營運開支，令EBITDA穩定在港幣4.54億元。儘管環境充滿挑戰，但由於更多居家抗疫的市民在家及在網上收看娛樂內容，免費電視以及over-the-top("OTT")業務的增長動力持續，收益隨着收視率上升而分別增長22%及11%。其中OTT業務的視象串流業務增長強勁，增幅達20%。於2020年，由於收益擴大及嚴謹控制開支，免費電視及OTT的EBITDA虧損得以進一步收窄，減幅分別為40%及51%。
企業方案業務收益增加12%至港幣47.36億元，原因為數據中心業務擴展，在香港的項目交付進展良好，以及在東南亞的業務擴展。儘管周邊地區實施封城導致若干項目延誤，使截至2020年12月31日止年度的EBITDA下調至港幣7.94億元，但企業方案業務已簽訂的訂單依然顯着上升至港幣252.26億元，可望帶動未來增長。
盈大地產的收益增長至港幣18.43億元，主要歸因於二世古花園柏悦居("品牌住宅")竣工及交付。儘管全球旅遊限制影響盈大地產的業務，特別是在日本的酒店業務，但盈大地產於年內仍錄得正EBITDA港幣2,800萬元。
