格隆匯 2 月 5日丨雲賽智聯(600602.SH)公佈,公司擬以2020930日為評估基準日,聘請有資質的資產評估機構對公司所持松江區榮樂東路689號不動產按照必要的評估程序實施價值評估,並經國資授權單位備案後的評估結果為基準,通過在上海市聯合產權交易所公開掛牌的方式,以不低於備案價格公開轉讓公司所持松江區榮樂東路689號不動產(含附屬設施設備)。

交易對象為雲賽智聯擬轉讓的自有不動產(含附屬設備),位於上海市松江區榮樂東路689號,滬(2019)松字不動產權第049555號《不動產權證》記載的宗地面積67,671.00平方米,建築面積為23,005.58平方米,鋼混結構,房屋類型為廠房,土地使用權為出讓,土地用途為工業用地/廠房權利類型為國有建設用地使用權/房屋所有權,土地使用期限至20501017日止,房屋竣工日期2002年。

公司聘請上海財瑞資產評估有限公司對擬轉讓不動產進行了評估,並出具了《雲賽智聯股份有限公司擬轉讓資產所涉及的部分投資性房地產和固定資產-設備資產價值評估報吿》(財瑞評報字【2020】第2058號)經評估,擬轉讓的房地和固定資產於評估基準日的市場價值為1.6145億元(含增值税銷項税5%)。

根據雲賽智聯戰略要求,此次公開轉讓雲賽智聯所持松江區榮樂東路689不動產是盤活低效資產,進一步聚焦和支持主業發展不動產轉讓事項需公開掛牌存在無人競拍導致流拍的風險。
