華興新經濟基金被投企業快手科技成功登陸香港聯交所
2月5日，華興新經濟基金投資的快手科技(以下簡稱“快手”)正式登陸香港聯交所，股票代碼為1024。本次交易(不包括超額配售權)共發行365,218,600股股份，每股發行定價為115港元，募資規模約為54.2億美元。
快手是領先的內容社區及社交平台，承載豐富多元的內容基礎以及配套技術、數據，與業務層共同支撐起繁榮的生態系統。2020年前三季度，快手主要業務收入均取得大幅增長，總收入達407億元人民幣，同時公司的收入結構也在持續優化，非直播業務佔總收入的份額上升至37.8%。
其中快手電商商品交易總額增長最為迅猛，截至2020年9月30日的9個月內，快手電商GMV已達2,041億元，平均復購率超過65%。依託快手強大的內容生態和高粘性的社區氛圍，快手電商在平台持續投入下正表現出更大的增長潛力，據艾瑞諮詢分析，中國直播電商GMV預計在2025年達到6.4萬億元。除了線上營銷服務和電商的快速增長，快手自2016年啟動商業化後的直播業務多元增長，主要收入來源也正呈健康均衡態勢。
此外，在內容生態基礎上，快手正在提供更多元的產品和服務，包括娛樂、線上營銷服務、電商、網絡遊戲、在線知識分享等，並通過投資和併購不斷探索和擴展空間。
