格隆汇2月4日丨上海电气(601727.SH)公布,公司于2021年2月4日收到控股股东上海电气(集团)总公司《关于上海电气(集团)总公司发行可交债权益变动的告知函》。此次权益变动系控股股东2020年非公开发行可交换公司债券(第一期)进入换股期后,于2020年8月19日-2021年2月3日期间债券持有人换股约1.59亿股,导致控股股东及其一致行动人持股被动减少1.01%。
