中化國際(600500.SH):下屬公司簽署《銀團貸款協議》 貸款額度103億元
格隆匯2月4日丨中化國際(600500.SH)公佈,下屬公司江蘇瑞恆新材料科技有限公司擬作為借款人與中國銀行股份有限公司江蘇省分行、中國銀行股份有限公司連雲港分行、中化集團財務有限責任公司、中國工商銀行股份有限公司上海市分行第二營業部、中國建設銀行股份有限公司連雲港分行、中國農業銀行股份有限公司連雲港分行、招商銀行股份有限公司上海分行、中信銀行股份有限公司上海分行8家單位組成的項目銀團簽署《銀團貸款協議》,項目銀團同意向借款人提供等值人民幣103億元的貸款額度,其中中化集團財務有限責任公司向公司貸款額度人民幣20億元。
本次申請銀團貸款是基於公司產業轉型的戰略規劃,加快推進連雲港產業園區建設,佈局一體化產業基地發展,為碳三產業一期項目工程提供資金保障,符合公司的融資計劃安排。
