格隆匯2月4日丨中梁控股(02772.HK)公吿顯示,2020年度集團資本結構得到了持續優化,根據未經審核綜合管理賬目,預期於2020年12月31日,年底的淨負債率低於100%;非受限現金短債比大於1.0;及剔除預收款項後之資產負債率約80%。
這也意味着,中梁控股截至2020年底,只過了一道紅線,位於“黃檔”位置,財務狀況審慎健康。
公司明確提到,信託融資在財務報中以借款入賬,而非權益或永續工具,並在計算相關財務比率中反映。
