渣打助按揭证券公司公开发行债券
渣打银行公布,作为全球联席协调人,协助按揭证券公司成功为其70亿元两年期高级债券及25亿元人民币三年期高级债券定价。两批债券获得包括银行、中央银行、主权基金、大型资产管理公司和保险机构等投资者热烈追捧,最终港元债券票息定在0.5厘,人民币债券票息则定在2.7厘。
渣打大中华及北亚地区资本市场主管严守敬表示,是次交易是香港企业近年少见的港元债券及点心债公开发行,为本港其他发行人建立了良好的基准,有助推广香港债券市场的发展。
