格隆匯 2 月 3日丨藍光發展(600466.SH)披露2021年1月新增項目情況簡報，2021年1月，公司新增房地產項目情況如下：
1、公司下屬控股子公司煙台駿新置業有限公司通過煙台市土地市場網公開競得煙J[2020]6004號和煙J[2020]6005號地塊。其中煙J[2020]6004號地塊位於煙台市海興路以西、杏山路以東，土地面積約22.29畝，3.04＜容積率≤3.14，土地用途為住宅、公共管理與公共服務，出讓年限為住宅70年、公共管理與公共服務50年，成交總價為1.07億元(不含交易税費)；煙J[2020]6005號地塊位於煙台市海興路以西、規劃3號路以南，土地面積約91.50畝，2.39＜容積率≤2.49，土地用途為住宅、公共管理與公共服務，出讓年限為住宅70年、公共管理與公共服務50年，成交總價為3.2億元(不含交易税費)。目前公司持有該項目58%的權益。
2、公司下屬控股子公司山西坷銘房地產開發有限公司通過股權收購方式取得太原市SP-1883號地塊，股權收購交易總對價為約2.0億元。該地塊位於太原市晉源區龍山大街以南，土地面積約為27.81畝，容積率2.5，土地用途為住宅、商業用地，使用年限為住宅70年、商業40年。目前公司持有該項目60%的權益。
3、公司下屬全資子公司温州藍光和駿置業有限公司通過合作方式取得金華東陽市330783202045098098號和330783202045097097號地塊。其中330783202045098098號地塊位於金華東陽市廣福東街以北，明凱街以南，長松路、油塘路以西，土地面積約為82.75畝，土地用途為商業、居住用地，容積率2.2-3.0(其中商業容積率0.45-0.5)，出讓年限為居住70年、商業40年，該地塊需支付的土地款為5.36億元(不含交易税費)；330783202045097097號地塊位於金華東陽市廣福東街以北，明凱街以南，長松路、油塘路以東，土地面積約為68.78畝，土地用途為商業、商務、居住用地，容積率2.2-3.0(其中商業容積率0.18-0.2，商務容積率0.22-0.25)，出讓年限為居住70年、商業和商務40年，該地塊需支付的土地款為4.91億元(不含交易税費)。目前公司持有該項目49%的權益。
