格隆匯2月3日丨星島(01105.HK)午後復牌一度飈升近54%,高見1.4港元,現漲幅收窄至14.29%,報1.04港元,成交477萬港元,最新總市值9.16億港元。星島集團宣佈,公司主席何柱國與佳兆業主席郭英成的女兒郭曉亭簽訂股份買賣協議,將購入何柱國持有的28%股權。交易完成後,郭曉亭成為星島集團最大股東。郭曉亭表示,收購星島新聞集團股權純屬個人投資,主要是因為星島新聞集團擁有強大的品牌影響力、高質素的新聞資訊以及多樣化的媒體平台。公吿指,何柱國向郭曉亭出售2.46億股星島股權,每股1.5港元,較星島停牌前溢價64.8%,總代價約3.7億港元。交易仍須取得美國海外投資委員會等批准及同意。
