之江生物(688317.SH)：聘任呂力琅為公司總經理
格隆匯 2 月 2日丨之江生物(688317.SH)公佈，公司董事長兼總經理邵俊斌基於公司經營管理和長遠發展戰略考慮，於近日向董事會遞交書面辭職報吿，申請辭去公司總經理職務，該報吿自送達董事會之日起生效。辭職後，邵俊斌繼續擔任公司董事長兼研發中心總監及董事會戰略決策委員會主任委員董事會提名委員會委員、董事會薪酬與考核委員會委員、董事會審計委員會委員的職務。
邵俊斌作為公司創始人，在擔任公司董事長兼總經理期間，恪盡職守、勤勉盡責，全面負責公司經營管理工作，任期內公司經營業績實現穩健增長。公司董事會對邵俊斌在擔任總經理期間所做出的突出貢獻表示衷心的感謝！邵俊斌辭去公司總經理職務後，將更加專注於公司整體戰略發展及投入尖端科技研發工作，符合公司發展戰略，也符合公司和全體股東的利益。
經公司董事長邵俊斌提名，董事會提名委員會審查，公司於2021年2月2日召開第四屆董事會第六次會議，審議通過了《關於聘任呂力琅女士為公司總經理的議案》。公司董事會同意聘任呂力琅為公司總經理，任期自本次董事會審議通過之日起至本屆董事會屆滿為止。
呂力琅，女，中國國籍，1977年1月出生，無境外永久居留權。研究員職稱，2000年北京大學衞生事業管理專業畢業獲醫學學士學位，2010年復旦大學衞生事業管理專業獲管理學碩士學位，2018年復旦大學生物醫學工程博士入學至今。並分別於2014、2017年、2019年於英國劍橋大學、美國哈佛大學醫學院、法國巴黎政治大學進行醫院管理與改革項目研修。
2000年7月至2012年10月，呂力琅分別任復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院院長辦公室科員、副主任主持工作、主任職位；2012年10月至2014年6月，任復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院院長助理；2014年6月至2020年12月，任復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院副院長兼上海市質子重離子醫院副院長。目前兼任上海市醫藥衞生青年聯合會常委、中國抗癌協會醫院管理分會常委、中國生物醫學工程學會精確放療技術分會粒子束學組副主任委員等職。
呂力琅具備公共衞生教育背景，長期從事腫瘤專科醫院管理、人才培養工作，專注於推行科學化、精細化的管理模式，對於腫瘤領域的診治前沿和發展方向有着深刻認知。呂力琅全面參與了上海市重大項目市質子重離子醫院的建設，負責並圓滿完成我國首台套質子重離子設備的各項國家級註冊審批申報工作，具備豐富的醫療器械注冊經驗。作為項目負責人承擔多項省部級面上和重點項目，發表多篇核心科技論文。獲第十八屆“上海十大傑出青年”提名獎、上海市“十三五”推進公民科學素質先進個人、第六屆上海市醫務青年管理十傑、上海市衞生計生系統先進工作者等榮譽。
