海思科(002653.SZ)：獲得恩曲他濱替諾福韋片藥品註冊證書
格隆匯 2 月 2日丨海思科(002653.SZ)公佈，公司之全資子公司四川海思科製藥有限公司旗下全資子公司海思科製藥(眉山)有限公司於近日收到國家藥品監督管理局下發的《藥品註冊證書》。
藥品名稱：恩曲他濱替諾福韋片；受理號：CYHS1900248國；證書編號：2021S00109；藥品批准文號：國藥準字H20213085；劑型：片劑；申請事項：藥品註冊(境內生產)；註冊分類：化學藥品4類；適應症：恩曲他濱替諾福韋適用於與其他抗反轉錄病毒藥物聯用，治療成人和12歲(含)以上兒童的HIV-1感染。審評結論：根據《中華人民共和國藥品管理法》及有關規定，經審查，本品符合藥品註冊的有關要求，批准註冊，發給藥品註冊證書。
2019年4月，四川海思科製藥有限公司向國家藥品監督管理局提交恩曲他濱替諾福韋片報產申請並獲受理。海思科製藥(眉山)有限公司於近日正式獲批生產，獲得本品《藥品註冊證書》。
恩曲他濱替諾福韋片為恩曲他濱與富馬酸替諾福韋二吡呋酯的複方製劑，規格為每片含200mg恩曲他濱和300mg富馬酸替諾福韋二吡呋酯，商品名為“Truvada®”，由美國吉利德科學公司(GileadSciencesInc.)開發，最初於2004年在美國上市，適用於與其它抗反轉錄病毒藥物聯用，治療成人和12歲(含)以上兒童的HIV-1感染，並於2012年5月11日獲得FDA批准用於成年人暴露前預防，降低高風險者通過性傳播獲得HIV-1感染的風險(預防HIV-1感染)。2012年11月，歐盟批准其用於治療青少年(12～18歲)伴隨有補償性肝臟疾病與免疫活動性疾病的青少年乙肝病毒患者，以及用於青少年(12～18歲)的HIV-1患者的治療。2012年12月獲得進口註冊批准(註冊證號H20171147)，中文商品名為“舒發泰®”，適應症為用於成人和12歲及以上兒童HIV-1感染的治療。2020年8月，吉利德科學宣佈，舒發泰®獲得中國國家藥品監督管理局批准，適用於同時結合安全的性行為措施，進行暴露前預防(PrEP)，降低成人和青少年(體重至少在35kg以上)通過高風險性行為獲得HIV-1的風險。
舒發泰®用於暴露前預防每天需服用一片，並結合安全性行為措施。使用舒發泰®進行暴露前預防之前，使用人羣的HIV-1檢測結果必須呈陰性。
公司該產品按照仿製藥質量與療效一致性評價註冊申報，批准即視同通過一致性評價。該產品目前國內除原研廠家(美國吉利德科學公司)上市外，另有正大天晴藥業集團股份有限公司和安徽貝克生物製藥有限公司上市。
據米內網數據顯示，恩曲他濱替諾福韋片在城市公立及縣級公立醫院2019年銷售額約4600萬元，2020年上半年銷售額約2100萬元。
