宏發股份(600885.SH)：2020年度淨利升18.19%至8.32億元 擬10派3.4元
格隆匯 2 月 2日丨宏發股份(600885.SH)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入78.19億元，同比增長10.42%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.32億元，同比增長18.19%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6.94億元，同比增長3.91%；基本每股收益1.12元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利3.4元(含税)。
報吿期內，繼電器產品實物質量繼續穩步提升。其中，通用、汽車、信號、功率和計量繼電器在客户端的不良率2020年均達到≤0.15PPM的水平，均達到國際一流水平；連接器、電子模塊、控制盒、電容等產品質量水平也明顯提升。
堅持實施“翻越門檻”戰略，全年通過高級產線評定17條，中級產線34條，初級產線30條。至此，公司已累計有47條產線通過高級評定，73條產線通過中級評定，中、高級產線約佔62.5%。產品性能穩定性和可靠性提升明顯，繼電器電壽命改進成效明顯，周檢一次合格率達到96%以上，首次突破90%。
報吿期內，公司技改累計投入4.32億元，重點建設15條自動化產線，如：投入工控繼電器41F產品線、安全繼電器A4/A6產品線、PCB汽車繼電器HFKF-1z/2產品線、電力磁保持E70產品線，持續推動繼電器產品由大向強轉變；投入小型斷路器LB產品線，推進開關產品技術裝備研發，提升基礎技術保障能力；積極開展新門類產品的技術改造，引進安規電容器生產技術，積累新產品生產技術經驗。
報吿期內，公司加強技改工作的組織和管理，堅持重大技改項目評審制，如大噸位伺服衝牀、精密焊接電源技術選型，以及高效節能冷水站房等技術考察和推進；開展重點項目的評審和複審(全年共12家企業、20個項目，佔技改投資總額38.6%)，不僅做到“敢於投”，更要做好“善於投”，持續提高和夯實公司核心競爭力。
