內地物管半新股上周五發盈喜料全年至少多賺七成的合景悠活(03913.HK)獲花旗首予「買入」看13.8元,以反映公司商業服務和多項增長動力開始獲重估。該股三連漲,今早再破頂,最高見9.4元,現造9.29元,急漲12%,成交增至1,695萬股,涉資1.53億元。
合景悠活預計,受惠住宅及商業項目在管總建築面積大幅增加,以及持續深化標準化營運提升集團營運效率,帶來十分顯著成效,預計截至2020年底全年利潤總額按年增長不少於0%。
