富道集團(03848.HK):大新華航空被其債務人申請實施債務重組及重整
格隆匯 2 月 2日丨富道集團(03848.HK)發佈公吿,集團已知悉其在中國的其中一名客户大新華航空有限公司連同其中國附屬公司已在海南省高級人民法院被其債務人申請實施債務重組及重整。
該客户為一家總部位於海南省的私營航空公司,為一家於上海證券交易所上市的海南航空公司的最大股東。集團自2015年7月起與該客户建立業務關係,此後該客户成為集團的五大客户之一。於本公吿日期,根據內部記錄,該客户的未償還應收融資租賃款項約為人民幣2.5億元。
